Art Of 8 Martial Arts Academy is the operating name of Konsolt.Beyond Technology Corporation, a corporation registered in Ontario. These terms apply to promotional offers we advertise on this site.

These are not your membership agreement

Membership is governed by the membership agreement and waiver you sign when you join. That document is the contract between us. This page covers the promotional offer only, and where the two differ, the signed agreement is the one that governs.

How we handle your personal information is set out separately in our privacy policy.

How an offer works

• An offer applies to the programme and the dates stated with it. When the stated end date passes, the offer is over and the regular price applies.
• Every programme begins with a free first session, offer or no offer. You do not need a promotion to book one.
• Memberships run month to month. An offer does not put you into a longer commitment than the membership you signed up for.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed by our payment processor; your membership, bookings and billing history are held in the membership system we use to run the academy.

If the member is under 18

A parent or guardian signs the membership agreement and waiver, holds the account, and is the person we bill and contact. That applies to an offer exactly as it applies to everything else.

Questions about an offer

Ask us before you sign up rather than after. We would far rather answer a question at the front desk than have you discover the answer on a bill.
