What it is

The honest version.

  • You work side by side with your child, not from the sidelines
  • Screen-free time that is active, shared and repeatable
  • No experience required on either side

Why families love it

The academy as neutral ground.

Training together as a family is one of the most rewarding things you can share. In Parent + Me the academy becomes neutral ground — somewhere to step out of the daily stress, reconnect, and work on the same challenge at the same time. It is fitness, bonding and skill development in one hour, and it is the hour a lot of our families protect most fiercely.

  • Work side by side with your child, rather than watching from the side
  • Encourage and support each other through drills and games
  • Celebrate progress together as the skills start to click
  • Laugh, move and reset in a positive environment

What you'll learn

Muay Thai fundamentals.

Parent + Me focuses on the core building blocks of Muay Thai Kickboxing, taught in an age-appropriate and deliberately engaging format. Everything is coached step by step, with options for every fitness level, so neither of you is left behind by the other.

  • Stance, balance and movement
  • Basic punches and defences
  • An introduction to kicks, and safe pad work
  • Coordination drills and reaction games
  • Team-based exercises that build confidence and connection

Who it suits

A nervous parent, a nervous child.

It works in both directions. A child who will not walk in alone very often will if a parent is on the mat beside them, and a parent who has not trained since school finds it easier to start when the child is the reason for being there. From fifteen, a young person can carry on training beside a parent in our regular adult classes — the habit does not have to end when they outgrow the programme.

  • Neither of you needs to have trained before
  • Each of you is coached at your own level, so nobody is carrying anyone
  • From age 15, a teenager can train beside a parent in the adult classes
  • Sparring is optional, controlled and earned — nobody is thrown in

Your first visit

Come in and have a look.

Tell us the ages and what each of you wants out of it, and we will point you at the hour that fits. Comfortable shorts and a t-shirt for both of you. If walking into a full class feels like a lot to begin with, WON on ONE+ is the semi-private route: one coach, one hour, just your own family.

  • Comfortable shorts and a t-shirt for both of you
  • Five thousand square feet, so two classes are never stacked on top of each other
  • A regulation ring, heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts and belly pads
  • WON on ONE+ is the semi-private route if a class feels like a lot to start with
